Little Raven Publishing and Va Va Boombah are proud to present Saucy, an evening of burlesque and erotic spoken word that promises to stimulate your senses (or at least a few of them) and bring you the best of both worlds. Allow yourself to be teased and titillated with erotic stories and poetry from Iron Man Dosh Luckwell, erotic novelist Kathryn O’Halloran, kinkster of all trades Hunter Bruin, the funny-ha-ha and funny-hot Mardi O’Connor and Randall Stephens, the fastest tongue in Melbourne. Interspersed with the spoken word performances are burlesque acts by Va Va Boombah’s resident plus-sized vixens, the luscious and hypnotic Miss Charity Case, tassel-twirling funny lady Harlotte Brontë, leggy badass Bambi Lipschitz and the voluptuously sensual Cupcake Kitten.
MCed by Melbourne International Comedy Festival and Melbourne Fringe Festival favourite, comedian Lisa-Skye (Ladyboner, Songs My Parents Taught Me).

Our next major show is coming up soon! Friday 18th January at the Thornbury Theatre, as part of Midsumma.
The show features burlesque, cabaret, circus and opera from Miss Charity Case, Chubby Vagine, Harlotte Bronte, Dame Titzi Te Kanawa, Emmeline Spankhurst, Cupcake Kitten, Fatty-a-Go-Go and MC Lisa-Skye, and acts from new-to-Boombah performers including Bambi Lipschitz, Ivy Minx, Hissy Loco, Queenie Boom Boom, Madame Derriere, and Fitso and Fatso.
